History:

Since 1974, we have been leading the agriculture industry as pioneers in pesticide formulation. Initially, the company operated in collaboration with Japanese sole distributors of their agricultural products in Pakistan.

In 1972-73, a Granular Formulation/Refilling/Repacking Plant was installed. Later, in 1985-86, a Liquid Refilling/Repacking Plant was also set up.

Since 2003, we have been operating as an independent pesticide importer, formulator, and distributor in Pakistan. Initially, in 2003, we focused on refilling/repacking finished products imported from China, except for Cartap 4G, which was formulated at our plant.

Later, in 2013, we acquired the capability for Liquid (EC) Formulation as well.

Legacy:

The Legacy of Granulars (Pvt.) Ltd links back to "Jaffer Family" which is one of the most reputable and well known family of Pakistan. Jaffer Family started their business empire in 1861 in Pune, near Bombay, India

Forefathers were not only leading Businessmen of their time but were also well-known Philanthropists working for the welfare of community, led by Late Sir Ebrahim Haroon Jaffer who was the most well known member of the Jaffer Family having services for the Community. The Welfare Work still goes on with this family particularly in Health and Education.

In early 70s Yusuf Ebrahim Haroon Jaffer Son of Hon. Sir Ebrahim Haroon Jaffer laid the foundation of Granulars (Pvt.) Ltd.
